10 Fitness Tips For Women
I love and recommend all of these tips. I would just add a couple of things:
1. Stretching- It improves blood flow and flexibility in your body. This will help you perform better and reduce the risk of injury.
2. A Healthy Diet - It’s important to make healthy food choices and eat well. It will help you look, feel and perform better. Your body is like a bank. You get out of it what you put in it.
