Tonight’s Workout: Cardio & Strength Training

Started with The Daily Burn workout. Initially I planned on only doing 4 rounds but I was watching the season finale of The Biggest Loser and was motivated to increase my rounds to 6. Did each round in a little under 3 minutes.
