Exercise of the Day: Arm Circles
This exercise move targets and tones your triceps, biceps and shoulders. It also works your abs because you have to engage them when doing this exercise.
The first time I did arm circles in my barre class, I thought my arms were going to fall off. LOL!
It’s such a simple move but it gives you a targeted burn. You can also do this move anywhere.
How to do it? Rotate arms clockwise for 30-60 seconds, then repeat the same motion counter clockwise for another 30-60 seconds.
To increase the burn use 3lb dumbbells.
