It was 39 degrees, which is warm considering the 20 degree temps we’ve been having, so I hit the pavement.
I ran by a nearby park and had it all to myself. This was a slow steady pace run at a 10min mile pace. Some of my running path was covered in snow but it was crunchy and not bad to run on but it did cause me to slow down.
I would’ve ran for 10 miles but my finger tips started to burn. My Nike gloves are definitely not cutting it so I need to get new ones.
Still had a really great run.
Did I mention that I burned over 1,000 calories? Yea. Pretty sweet bonus! :)
