Another beautiful day in NYC. High temp 60 degrees.
Started this evening’s workout with a 2 mile easy warm up, then ran .25 miles fast, then slow for 1:00min. Repeated it 11 more times. Cool down for .25 miles. My cool down should’ve actually been longer but I had to get home :)
Total running mileage: 5.6
Other mileage: 1.70 (walking around doing errands)
