Today’s Workout :  12 x 400 Interval Run

Another beautiful day in NYC. High temp 60 degrees.

Started this evening’s workout with a 2 mile easy warm up, then ran .25 miles fast, then slow for 1:00min. Repeated it 11 more times. Cool down for .25 miles. My cool down should’ve actually been longer but I had to get home :)

Total running mileage: 5.6

Other mileage: 1.70 (walking around doing errands)

Next:

  • Stretching - 15 mins
  • Foam Rolling - 15 mins
  • 20 Prisoner Squats
  • 20 Plie Squats
  • 1:00 min low plank
  • 30 seconds side plank with a twist
  • Total Training Time:  1 hr 25 mins
