Quick Cardio Challenge Workout!
Perform each of the following 4 exercises for the prescribed time limit:
1. High Knees - 30 seconds
2. Jumping Jacks - 30 seconds
3. Sprint on the Spot - 30 seconds
4. Sumo Squat Jumps - 30 seconds
Repeat 3 - 5x.
This is a really quick workout but any workout is better than no workout.
